Las ventajas incluyen la tecnología estable, la cooperación simple y menos inversión. La capacidad de producción es de 60TPD-200TPD. La concentración puede ser flexiblemente adoptada durante 37%~ 42%.
El aire, después de la filtración, el lavado y el calentamiento, viene al mezclador. El vapor a través de la filtración entra en el mezclador. La circulación libre de gas desde la parte superior del absorbedor 2 #, después del calentamiento, entra en el mezclador. El metanol líquido después de la filtración entra en el calderín de metanol, mezcla el metanol líquido - gas desde el calderín entra en el evaporador de metanol, después de la separación gas - líquido en el evaporador, el gas de metanol entra en el mezclador también. La tecnología utiliza vapor de agua para calentr el metanol, que se evapora.
Los anteriores cuatro tipos de gas, después de mezclarse completamente en el mezclador, obtienen la última filtración y entonces llega el reactor de metanol, que tiene reacción Redox y obtiene gas formaldehído. El gas formaldehído del reactor incluye vapor, nitrógeno, oxígeno e hidrógeno, etc, necesita la siguiente absorción para conseguir una solución de formaldehído.
Se han establecido dos absorbedores independientes en nuestro proceso de formaldehído. Después de la absorción compleja, y el intercambio de calor, podemos obtener productos de solución de formaldehído. Además, el gas libre se descarga desde la parte superior del absorbedor 2 #.
Parte del gas libre entra en el soplador de raíces de gas de la circulación. Otras partes se han puesto en el horno para la quema, obteniendo vapor con todo tipo de presiones.
